Cecilia Colchado

Cecilia Aguirre Colchado, passed away peacefully June 2, 2020 in Hospice care at the age of 81. She was born January 18, 1939 in Fort Worth, Texas to Rafael and Catalina Aguirre. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Isaias Colchado. Cecilia was married for 51 years beeeefore his passing in 2010. Cecilia was a devoted and loving wife and mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed traveling to Isaias hometown of San Benito, Texas. Cecilia le behind 7 children to cherish her memory; Manuel, Teresa (Thomas), Richard (Patricia), Rose Marie, Isabelle (Fidel), Sebastian, Beatrice (Tomas), Ten Grandchildren and fifteen Great Grandchildren, 4 siblings Rafael Aguirre, Antonia Jayme, Mary Aguirre and Juanita Zepeda. Cooking for her family brought her great joy, she had a green thumb and loved working in her beautiful yard. Most tasks included listening to her favorite type of music "Rancheras". Her hobbies included frequenting garage sales and flea markets. She loved getting dressed up and attending family celebrations.
