El Señor Cesareo Rivas Silva, Nació en Rio Grande, Zacatecas, Mexico. Hijo de Tomas Rivas Sandoval y Ma Guadalupe Silva Rodriguez. Le sobreviven sus hijos; Cesar Rivas y Ana Garcia. Sus hermanos; Victoriano, Salome, Eligio, Cayetano y Jesus. Sus Hermanas; Maria del Refugio ( Tia Cuaca), Regina, Martha y Carmela.
Cesareo tenía una gran pasión por los caballos, así que era charro desde muy temprana edad, lo hacia en compañia de su familia y amigos. Lo recordaremos por siempre. Que descanse en Paz
