Le sobreviven su esposa Rosio Sanchez Lopez y su hijo Ivan Tovar. Tambien sus nietos Eddy Ibarra Tovar y Lucero Ibarra Tovar. Sus hermanos; Felix, Juan, Luis, Carlos, Francisco y Eduardo. Sus Hermanas; Esther, Anamaria, y Maria Guadalupe. Lo recordaran muchos familiars y amigos.
